Woodmine DoorsAn independent journal

Purpose & boundaries

A journal, not a showroom.

An independent place to understand wooden doors, from the first design sketch to everyday care.

What this website is

Woodmine Doors Journal is an informational publication for homeowners interested in timber, interiors and practical maintenance. The articles focus on useful questions: how a panel pattern changes a room, what a door’s construction means, and when a small problem deserves professional attention.

We are not a door manufacturer, supplier or installer. This website does not sell products, accept orders, provide quotations or arrange installation. Illustrations are original explanatory drawings, not photographs of completed projects or representations of products offered for sale.

New ownership, separate identity

Independently operated informational website under new ownership. Not affiliated with, or a successor to, the former Woodmine Doors business. We do not handle past orders, warranties or service requests.

The domain name should not be taken as evidence of continuity with the previous business. Former logos, product materials and project portfolios are not used here. If you need help with an earlier purchase, refer to your original paperwork and the relevant seller, installer or consumer-advice service. We cannot access former customer records or act on a previous business’s behalf.

How to use the guides

Use these articles to prepare questions and compare options, not as installation instructions. Products and local requirements vary. Manufacturer documentation takes priority for trimming, hardware, finishing and maintenance. Fire-rated doors and other safety-critical openings require particular care and suitably qualified advice.
